* Load only specified plugins for DATASETTE_LOAD_PLUGINS=datasette-one,datasette-two
* Load no plugins if DATASETTE_LOAD_PLUGINS=''
* Automated tests in a Bash script for DATASETTE_LOAD_PLUGINS
