* first dive into cvtripleitem for classic style

* cvtripleitem for banking style

* cvtripleitem for oldstyle

* cvtripleitem for fancy style

* add a changelog entry and a documentation for \cvtripleitem command

* simplified math for \tripleitemcolumnwidth
