docs: update URL to AsciiDoc website

https://www.methods.co.nz/asciidoc/
gives a SSL certificate warning
and a 404 (page not found) error.
https://asciidoc.org is the new official website
for the AsciiDoc file format.
(It's also what https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AsciiDoc links to.)
