Subject: [PATCH] Remove bad whitespace stripping in simple theme

This joins the contents of the block to the previous line, which messes
up the output formatting in this case.

Old vs new output:
- <ul>        <li>...
+ <ul>
+     <li>...

This change is already in the 'notmyidea' theme.
