Make HTMLReader parse multiple occurences of metadata tags as list

Browse source 
this means you can now specify:
<meta name="custom_field" content="value_1" />
<meta name="custom_field" content="value_2" />

and the resulting object.custom_field will be ['value_1', 'value_2']
