The Russian translation of options.step.init.description was missing the
{webapp_url} and {docs_url} placeholders present in en.json. Home Assistant
validates placeholders on startup and logs:
Validation of translation placeholders for localized (ru) string
component.adaptive_lighting.options.step.init.description failed:
(set() != {'webapp_url', 'docs_url'})
and falls back to the English string. Translate the two missing sentences and
restore the placeholders, matching the other locales (e.g. de.json).
