Daniel Barrientos Anariba 3d3c3ed601 ci: lint with the golangci-lint version the Makefile declares (#5994) ... * ci: lint with the golangci-lint version the Makefile declares The workflow asked for `version: latest` while the Makefile pins `GOLANGCI_LINT_VERSION ?= v2.12.0`, so `make lint` and CI ran different linters. golangci-lint v2.13.0 started reporting G404 on three existing `rand.Shuffle` calls, which turned every PR red without a line of Go changing.
