Add jellyfin.New to the shared Wire provider set and a CreateJellyfinAPIRouter injector, then mount the router at /jellyfin in startServer(), gated by conf.Server.Jellyfin.Enabled, mirroring the existing LastFM/ListenBrainz router mounts.
