Add Vicinae (#1322)

### Description of change
Add Vicinae as tainted.

The official Discord server holds more evidence, however as it is not accessible without a verified Discord account, I chose not to link to it here. Furthermore, the people over there do not seem very tolerant of queer people (notably transgender individuals).
