Update zulip (#600)
Zulip's latest announcement mentions AI tool use, starts out being strict and critical without announcing a full ban, but then sadly deterioriates into praise and announcing increased tool use, to my mind. I'm not entirely awake and caffeinated, but I think this policy / statement of intent is liberal enough to count as "permissive"? But I'm open to correction!
