Add finit as Tainted (#1667)

### Description of Changes

This PR adds finit as tainted. The core maintainer have shown that they made use of Claude or GitHub Copilot (for reviews) many times, despite no "Co-Authored-By" commit trailers or other signs like a permissive policy. Kinda sucks I've only found out about this halfway through making an ebuild for it but that's just life. :/
