This PR corrects the last untainted version of LLVM.

I have spent quite some time going through the LLVM history, and I'm pretty disheartened at just how accepting the project has been of ai contributions for a long time. Every time I thought I found the new earliest clean commit, I found a pr or issue earlier that had some form of ai usage by either the author(s) or reviewer(s). Given the enormous size of LLVM, I think that it's probably safer to start with the earliest possible release that was released after the LLM epoch, and check upwards, rather than releases going backwards.

So as not to waste the search effort, I've documented some of the strategies I've used in ethical-foss/open-slopware#1116, hopefully that will help somebody else in future.
