update xlibre to have none for last untainted, and add new x.org alternatives section (#1739)

### Description of Changes

We don't want to recommend that xlibre ever get forked, as it's got an awful CoC, and it itself is already a fork of x.org, so it would be better for people to instead go with one of our x.org based alternatives, or work on finding the last untainted commit for x.org.
