Add Renovel as an alternative to Ren'py (#1609)

### Description of Changes

This PR adds Renovel, which is currently just Ren'py 7.4.6, ported to modern versions of Python. In time, I plan to replace Ren'py's save, load, and rollback features with those of [Lisien](https://codeberg.org/clayote/lisien), the better to support games with complex world models and rulesets.
