Update Waterfox as Tainted (#1231)
### Description of Changes Waterfox is currently listed as an alternative to Web Browsers. Although it strips out the AI Functionality of Firefox, the project still has a Permissive AI Policy. Waterfox's creator stated during an interview that AI-generated contributions are fine so long as they're disclosed, and admits to using it.
