Add Pixelfed as tainted and format social media servers and alternatives to have pretty table (#1596)

### Description of Changes

- Adds the "Permissive AI Policy" tag for Pixelfed with a small note making it clear that the core maintainer has violated our code of conduct and thus we cannot recommend the project in the future.
- Formats the table for the social media servers section to no longer have alternatives column
- Updates the social media server alternatives to have a full table to allow for notes on each server replacement.
  - Adds Piefed to the alternatives table
