minor edits to make clear what has no ai, and how to remove projects (#1464)

### Description of Changes

This should handle a common misconception that anything listed is slop-free and will remain so. While this is the case for things with the anti-ai policy merit badge, it's not the case for everything. This also displays the "guide for removal" more prominently, to reduce confusion.
