Add new ethical tech badge (#1714)

### Description of Changes

This PR adds a new "ethical tech" badge to the top of the readme, as discussed here: https://codeberg.org/ethical-foss/open-slopware/pulls/1044#issuecomment-18036446

As far as I can tell, it should be public domain (see the commit description for details).
