Add binutils as tainted (#1407)

### Description of Changes

This PR:

- Adds binutils as tainted and evidence

- Updates name and homepage for gdb (binutils / gdb)

- Removes GNU ld from alternatives

- Provide last untainted version of binutils (the same as gdb)
