Remove Prism Launcher and add it as an alternative (#1654)

### Description of Changes

This PR removes Prism Launcher from the tainted list and adds it as an alternative, since the project has recently adopted an [anti-AI policy](https://github.com/PrismLauncher/PrismLauncher/blob/develop/CONTRIBUTING.md#foreword-on-ai-usage).
