Add Red (#1551)

### Description of Changes

This PR adds [Red](https://www.red-lang.org/) as tainted. The following languages are added as alternatives:

- [Rebol](https://www.rebol.com/), which Red is directly inspired by and modelled on. Development had ceased by the time the first LLMs were made available.
- [Boron](https://urlan.sourceforge.io/boron/), another Rebol-inspired language, which, after looking through its website and repository, doesn't seem to be tainted.
