Remove Pixelfed (#1629)

### Description of Changes

This PR removes Pixelfed because they've listened to the community and [adopted a no-ai policy](https://github.com/pixelfed/pixelfed#ai-generated-contributions). I did not add them as an alternative because of the CoC violation.
