07957ffe84 Add Vicinae (#1322)

Add Vicinae as tainted.

The official Discord server holds more evidence, however as it is not accessible without a verified Discord account, I chose not to link to it here. Furthermore, the people over there do not seem very tolerant of queer people (notably transgender individuals).

46e55ce096 Add Freeplane (#1267)

It's been a hot minute since I've made a pull request, so I'm not sure if anything changed, but I hope it's okay putting it under the "Learning" category.

According to repo-slopscore, the first commit confirmed to use AI is [`663e1af`](663e1affd8) (July 27th, 2025). The same day, [CLAUDE.md](https://github.com/freeplane/freeplane/commits/1.13.x/CLAUDE.md) was added, and on August 24th, [AGENTS.md](https://github.com/freeplane/freeplane/commits/1.13.x/AGENTS.md) was added.

I noticed starting around `1.13` the project also has first-class support for [AI](https://github.com/freeplane/freeplane/releases/tag/release-1.13.1) [plug](https://github.com/freeplane/freeplane/releases/tag/release-1.13.2)[ins](https://github.com/freeplane/freeplane/releases/tag/release-1.13.3).

The last untainted release version is [`1.12.11`](https://sourceforge.net/projects/freeplane/files/freeplane%20stable/archive/1.12.11/) going by date alone, but I could only find downloads of its binaries and source on SourceForge.

I've tried looking for alternatives, but LibreOffice is tainted, and so is draw.io's [desktop client](https://github.com/jgraph/drawio-desktop/blob/dev/CLAUDE.md).
