e7ce68c3c4 Update Blender Evidence/Tags/Last Untainted Version/Commit ID (#1792)
### Description of Changes

This PR Updates Computer Graphics/3D Tools/Blender.
Found evidence of using AI code reviews.
Found release and 1 commit (parent of tainted) that predate AI commit review entirely.
Last functional commit is on 11th of December (0616cc718a), predates AI reviews, release itself is 15th of December (version bump a3db93c5b2), has no relation to last tainted commit nor review.

Continuation/rework from #1682 PR, left out 2 other releases from original pr (4.5.6, 4.2.17) as they were released way past the llm reviews and no clue if they have been used, assuming they are tainted too.

# Contributing Pull Requests
## For Adding or Updating Software
Please keep in mind that we operate on concrete evidence here. Someone's writing style appearing to be LLM generated is not valid evidence for the purposes of this repo. Similarly, lines of code produced in x amount of time is also not evidence for the purposes of this repo.

If you quickly want to scan a git repo that isn't on this list or you'd like to find the last AI-Free commit, you could use [**Repo-Slopscore**](https://codeberg.org/polyphony/repo-slopscore) to do an initial evaluation. It does not scan the source code itself and could sometimes trigger false positives or false negatives. *Please verify the information through careful research.* You can run it on your own computer or check out the [**public instance**](https://slopscan.ava.pet/).

#### Alternatives
Alternatives should not contain any slop as defined by our tagging system above.
Please do your best to *research alternatives* to the slopware before submitting a PR. All new contributions should have *either* an alternative OR a last AI-Free version/commit, so that people can fork the project. (You can still provide both, but only one is required.) It's important to elevate projects that aren't drinking the slop, or to let people know how best to fork, so we don't all lose hope <3.

Alternatives don't have to be perfect 1:1, as long as you provide a note letting people know the differences. Sometimes the solution to avoiding software that uses AI is a combination of other tools, and that's OK.

### Adding AI Free Alternatives
### Adding Alternatives to Tainted Software
Feel free to submit any software as an alternative provided it is FOSS, has no AI in the code base, and is not associated with hate or bigotry (see [examples of bigotry](https://codeberg.org/ethical-foss/open-slopware/src/branch/main/CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md#no-bigotry)).
