A switch with `sleep_rgb_or_color_temp: rgb_color` expresses its sleep colour
as RGB. `_apply_intensity` only walked RGB towards `sleep_rgb_color` on the
`adapt_until_sleep` path; everywhere else it re-derived RGB from the
interpolated colour temperature. Intensity 0 therefore produced
`color_temperature_to_rgb(sleep_color_temp)` rather than the configured
`sleep_rgb_color`, breaking the guarantee that 0 reproduces sleep mode.
The condition is now the switch's own configuration -- the sleep floor being in
force, and the sleep colour being expressed as RGB -- which subsumes the
`adapt_until_sleep` case and makes the `keep_rgb` parameter redundant.
The `minimum` floor still derives RGB from the colour temperature, because its
anchor is `min_color_temp`, a Kelvin, and the sleep colour is not the floor
there.
The existing test asserted the RGB match only when `force_rgb_color` was set,
so it stepped over this. Replaced with a test that asserts what was actually
promised, under both values of `adapt_until_sleep`, plus one pinning the
`minimum` floor's Kelvin-derived behaviour.

Adds one `number.adaptive_lighting_intensity_<name>` entity per
configuration, alongside the Sleep Mode / Adapt Brightness / Adapt Color
switches on the same device. It is a 0-100% slider that interpolates the
adaptive result towards the switch's floor:
output = floor_value + (adaptive_value - floor_value) * intensity / 100
100 short-circuits and returns the adaptive value untouched, so it is the
default and existing configurations behave exactly as before. 0 returns
the floor. In between the light stays fully adaptive -- the sun still
moves it at every setting, so it is a scaled curve rather than a frozen
level, which is what distinguishes this from simply scaling the
brightness band.
The floor is set by a new per-switch `intensity_floor` option: the
switch's sleep settings (`sleep_brightness`/`sleep_color_temp`) by
default, or its `min_brightness`/`min_color_temp`.
`transition_until_sleep` forces the sleep floor whatever `intensity_floor`
says. With that option on, the adaptive color temperature after sunset
descends below `min_color_temp` towards `sleep_color_temp`, so a
`min_color_temp` floor would sit above the adaptive value and turning the
dial down would make the light cooler.

* feat: add expand_light_groups option
Some light group entities act as a proxy that must receive a single combined
`light.turn_on` call to function correctly — virtual mixers like
<https://github.com/mion00/color-temperature-light-mixer> for instance,
that blend a warm and a cold white channel into one entity. In such setups the
individual member entities only expose `ColorMode.BRIGHTNESS`, so sending
separate per-member commands bypasses the mixing logic.
Setting `expand_light_groups: false` keeps the group entity in `self.lights`
instead of expanding it to its members. Adaptation commands go to the group,
and the interceptor no longer skips group entities for that switch.
Default is `true` — no behaviour change for existing configurations.

* feat: add `adapt_only_on_ha_turn_on` to skip adapting externally turned-on lights
When a light turns on from `off` via a source outside Home Assistant — a
physical wall switch or a hub/manufacturer scene (e.g. Lutron) — and
`detect_non_ha_changes` is enabled, Adaptive Lighting adapts the light on the
resulting `off` → `on` event, overriding the brightness/color the external
source just set. Disabling `detect_non_ha_changes` avoids this but also stops
detection of manual changes to already-on lights; the two behaviors were
coupled to a single flag.
Add `adapt_only_on_ha_turn_on` (default `false`, requires `take_over_control`).
When enabled, an `off` → `on` transition with no matching HA `light.turn_on`
context is marked `manual_control` and left untouched, independent of
`detect_non_ha_changes`, decoupling the two behaviors.
The off→on guard reduces to the previous expression when the option is `false`,
so existing configurations are unaffected. Includes a parametrized regression
test, docs, and regenerated strings/services/README via
scripts/update-generated-content.
