Otherwise yields the following error with Python 3.10 on Windows:

zoneinfo._common.ZoneInfoNotFoundError: 'No time zone found with key UTC'

5d8c03108b Remove Posterous integration 
Posterous closed down in 2013.
The API is no longer accessible and the code did not work in python 3
(base64.encodestring was expecting bytes, not string)
