df640ff46d clean up the vacation mode section to be more clear 
- notes that foregejo, and therefore codeberg.org don't have a way to simply mark all issues/PRs as read-only
- notes how illness based "vacation mode" works
- italicizes the "not" for explaining that things are not deleted

75d33a89bb Add Nuclear as tainted and fix table heading (#1159)
