This PR add ani-cli as tainted.
One of the contributors was rather anti-AI (`https://github.com/pystardust/ani-cli/pull/1627`), but a few AI-assisted PR or AI code review still happened every now and then, until August 9th, where almost all commits started to be co-authored by either Claude or Codex, if not both. The commit linked in the "Last Untainted" section is the last one before those co-authoring, but there were already some AI assistance before, as pointed in the evidences.

A second attempt at PR #1485. Apologies, I wasn't sure how to handle a merge conflict. The easiest thing for me was to hard reset back to upstream and then add my changes, but I think that unintentionally broke the ongoing pull request.
Anyway. As mentioned in the previous PR, this focuses on the emulator section.
The following are added as tainted:
* **86Box** (thanks @hmn)
* **Bochs**
* **DOSBox-X**
* **DOSBox Staging** (thanks @leilei)
* **MartyPC**
* **PCBox** (thanks @leilei)
PCem is added as an alternative to the more accurate, low-level PC emulators (86Box and PCBox). It is also the original project that 86Box is forked from, and PCBox is forked from 86Box.
DOSBox Pure is added as an alternative to DOSBox Staging with an anti-AI policy (again, thanks @leilei).
Another source for MAME being "tainted" is added, which is its contributing guidelines that accepts AI usage in some form.
Finally, mGBA, the alternative for VBA-M, is [an openly anti-AI project](https://github.com/mgba-emu/mgba/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md), so the "anti-ai policy" flag has been added to it.

Add last known untainted version and commit for LLVM, resolving "request help" label.
This was found by running a bisect on the LLVM git repo, assuming that all commits before 30 Nov 2022 are untainted.
The earliest commit I found with slop in it was [`802337`](https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/commit/802337), meaning that the previous commit was the last untainted one, hence [`0c7c82a`](0c7c82a).
I then looked at all the releases that included the first tainted commit, the earliest of which is `llvmorg-21.1.0` (or one of its release candidates), meaning that the previous release was the last untainted one, being [LLVM 20.1.8](https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/releases/tag/llvmorg-20.1.8).
I ran the following commands to find the tainted commits:

git bisect run ~/bin/slopcheck.sh --path .
```
