### Description of Changes
- 'gmipf' seems to be going around a lot of redump-related projects and added Claude-generated code, which seems to mostly be getting approved. Added MPF and DiscImageCreator because of this.
- redumper was not listed previously as having AI code review, but has for months now. Added additional links.
- Aaru has had an AGENTS.MD for AI use for nearly 7 months now, and the author is seemingly fine with copilot reviews of PRs.
- I tried finding alternatives and kept having to add more programs to this PR instead.
