This PR adds Booru-Style Taggers / Hydrus Network as Tainted.
Core developer openly admitted to using AI in their workflow and creating slop in the repo after being reached out by me.
Core developer doesn't really accept contributions anymore as well (mostly a solo project).
Untainted version and commit are based off when the first slop files that were added (as per description of maintainer itself).
Unfortunate, i was heavily utilizing it for past months, but it's WTFPL and could be forked if necessary.

Reworks the entire "Blogging software" section to be an overarching section called CMS, with the following subsections:
* CMS Alternatives
* Blogging
* Blogging Alternatives
* Static Site Generators
* Alternatives
* Wikis
* Wiki Alternatives
This should make it easier to find precise alternatives for each section.
- Also adds e107 as tainted.
- finally, my editor seems to have cleaned up some trailing whitespace 🙏
